3. **Use of Student Footage**   - By enrolling in our courses, you grant Pure Acting Academy the right to use footage of your performances for marketing and promotional activities, including but not limited to social media, website, and advertisements.   - We will seek your permission before using any footage for commercial purposes outside the scope of promoting Pure Acting Academy.

4. **Payment and Refunds**   - Payment for courses is required before access is granted.   - Refunds are available according to our Refund Policy.

5. **Code of Conduct**   - You agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner when participating in our courses.   - Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of access to our services.

6. **Limitation of Liability**   - Pure Acting Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
